Wasn't expecting a mechanical keyboard to be something that can change how well I get my work done but the Keychron K2 has definitely made it fun to type on a keyboard again.

Being predominantly a MacBook user, I knew that I had to be picky with keyboard layouts that support Mac-specific functions like Launchpad, and the 'command' or 'option' keys. Unfortunately, when you take that into consideration that eliminates about 75% of the keyboard market. Want something below $200? Well, that eliminates another 10% (basically). The Keychron is one of the few left that satisfies my search while still packing quality to be excited about.

Especially during a pandemic, where work-from-home tricks for increased productivity are a must, this keyboard was a pleasant surprise that I now intend to have as one of my main personal productivity peripherals moving forward; the makeshift personal office welcomes it, the old standard Logitech keyboard does not.

Pros: Native Apple keys | Backlight + Effects | Portability | Overall design

Cons: Bluetooth - sometimes drops out | Height - thicc keyboard, but doesn't affect me because I hover-type over the keys with my forearms

End Note: was thinking of doing a YouTube video on this but I'd be getting in line with the 100 new videos on it released every day. Blog post it is.
